FULL–TIME COORDINATOR, BUSINESS TRAINING

Highland Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Business Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator is responsible for promoting, developing and organizing training programs. They will recruit trainers, work with internal and external partners on contracts and pricing. Potential candidates will need to travel throughout the district to generate leads, assess training needs and make recommendations for standard and customized programs.

Associate’s degree in human resources, training, business management or a related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and two (2) years sales or training development experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills. Must possess exceptional sales, customer service, computer skills and be able to work independently. Must be able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in customized contract training, seminar, and workshop development is a plus. Two years of related experience is preferred.
