Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing compensation planning, strategies, job evaluation, compensation structures, and compensation management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 8+ years of compensation and benefits management experience with in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefit principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. experience.
- Job evaluation and compensation structures expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in compensation and benefits analysis tools and the ability to present complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
