Position Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources will manage and oversee the compensation and benefits elements of the HR function, including Compensation (including executive comp), Total Rewards, including compensation frameworks as well as executive compensation, payroll and HR-related integration activities. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies, policies and plans that will enable PF Holdings to attract and retain top-tier talent. This is a “roll up your sleeves” leadership position where significant substantive knowledge and hands on involvement with the team is required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the Total Rewards and Payroll teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Develop and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee and adapt, as necessary, the Company’s executive compensation programs, including stock options, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Design reporting for key employment metrics.
- Oversee the collection and reporting of employee benchmarking and survey data.
- Oversee employee engagement and employee recognition programs.
- Drive dynamic content for the employee Intranet and other internal employee communications.
- Oversee the integration of HR processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure that HR administrative operations adhere to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive strategic changes to enhance organizational HR capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with substantial focus on compensation, executive compensation, and payroll management.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as resulting integration work.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.

- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits programs applicable to publicly-traded companies and payroll procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws impacting payroll and disclosure requirements.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
