Hybrid – WFH Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday – Thursday

Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner. They are based in San Diego and building out their GTM. They are a global SaaS startup that is going through hyper-growth.

Role:
- Seeking HR Business Partner to report into VP of HR
- Handle US recruiting (40%): CV screens, coordinating interviews, reference checks, etc
- Take on a mix of responsibilities including: employee relations, employee retention, career plans, helping managers with benchmarks, employee conflict, payroll questions, some benefits
- Support staff to create a positive company culture
- Work closely with the VP of HR to handle global employee relations
